"ADAT: " in the dial string should not be the problem, that's just the name/labe given to the specified ("originating") extension. It is actually the underlying callerid which was set to your own extension that was causing the problem. We just released a new version which changes the default way originating settings. Please try it out and let us know if this solves your issue.
