ADAT cannot edit settings after account change

I was using your product from home connected over a VPN to my office PBX. It worked perfect, and I love the product.I came to my office today and changed the extension number so it would work with my office extension and it has not worked since that. Every time I try to edit settings the program closes. I researched the forum and noticed a similar problem and follow the instructions to delete the folder that I found in the appdata. Then I reloaded the program and now when I try and edit settings I get an error message of missing the required folder.

I am using 64-bit OS Windows 7 with Microsoft office 2010. Let me know if there is anything else I can do.
